Trauma and anxiety are often closely connected. Past experiences can continue to show up in the present as emotional overwhelm, racing thoughts, or a constant sense of unease. I work in an integrative way, adapting the process to your pace and needs, helping you understand, process, and gently respond to what you are experiencing.
